Koetje Real Estate was established in 1938 by Neil H. Koetje
as the first real estate company in Oak Harbor.
We have been serving the communities of Oak Harbor, Coupeville and all
of Whidbey Island for over 70 years.
Neil was joined by Hank Koetje in 1948 and continued with
the growth and service of the company. Hank, together with his brother Al and
Cousin George, built an outstanding real estate and insurance company of high
integrity that was, and remains, focused on exceptional customer service.
Koetje Real Estate was purchased by The Schutte Family in
mid 2009 and has continued to uphold the tradition of high integrity and a
focus on exceptional customer service along with a vision of innovation.
As Coldwell Banker Koetje Real Estate continues in our
Legacy of tradition, we have also grown in our Innovation of Technology. We
have recently implemented technologies such
as social media, video, mobile technology, and the latest internet tools for
enhancing your real estate experience.
